Matcha, Banana, Mango, and Kale Smoothie

  • 2 bananas
  • 1/2 Mango
  • 1 cup Kale
  • 2 teaspoons Premium Green Tea Powder Matcha
  • 1 cup Ice cubes
  • 10 FL Oz Almond milk Cashew, soy or regular milk works too
  • Sweeten to taste


  • FFlaxseedor Chia seeds or any on hand.


  1. Place everything in your blender.
  2. Blend for a minute or two or until everything is smooth.

Recipe Notes

I use BlendtecĀ® Classic 575 Blender but made it before in NutriBullet. If you don't eat mango, replace it with cantaloupeĀ or pineapple. Replace Kale with Spinach, and yes, you may use frozen spinach.
