Ingredients

  • 1 cup blackberry
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup Vanilla Yogurt
  • 3/4 cup water or milk/dairy or nondairy

Instructions

  1. Place everything in the blender or food processor and blend until smooth in texture--about a minute or so. Add sweetener if you desire.
