Beef Taco Tortilla Bowls

Beef Taco Tortilla Bowls

I love Mexican cuisine as much as Tex-Mex food. I mean, who would say no, right?! A bit of Texas with a bit of Mexico and you get an amazing combo bursting with flavor.

These beef taco bowls are just incredibly tasty. You can make it more spicy or mild. It is all how you prefer your food, that is why you have to taste.

Add a pinch of this and that until you reach your preference. I always say you can add more seasoning later, so add just a pinch or two and taste.

You can even prep ahead, refrgirate and serve later. It is as simple as it sounds.

I made these last night for dinner. The recipe states 2 tablespoons chilli powder . I only used 1 tablespoon and it was WAY TOO SPICY! I love spicy food but this was too hot even for me. Should it have said 2 teaspoons (not tablespoons)? My husband and son couldn t eat very much of it because of the heat. Could you please confirm the amount of chilli powder please? Otherwise it was a lovely dish. I will make again just with less chilli powder. My taco bowls turned out great! Loved these. Thank you.

My recipes say (half) 1/2 tablespoon which is almost 2 teaspoons, but you can add to your taste. I am so sorry for the confusion. My husband doesn't like it too spicy either so I add just a 1/4 teaspoon for him.:) Thank you for your feedback. I really appreciate it!
