Healthy Gut, Healthy Mind and Happy Life
Healthy Gut and Healthy Mind lead to a much happier life. Couldn’t you agree?
I’ve been always a great eater with balanced meals. I love food, all kinds of food, but ever so often I would get headaches and a very grumpy stomach, and bloating that I felt like I can’t breathe. I don’t know about you, but I am using purely my own experience. If I am eating a heavy meal, my gut is sending the wrong signals and I get really bad headaches, the ones that you can’t even open your eyes, can’t stand the sounds or even a dimmed light is annoying.
I figure that I’ll try something natural, so I went for essential oils, but always get back to my headache medicine. As much as they help, they are hurting me too, but just in a different way.
So, when LoveBug offered me their complimentary box of probiotics I didn’t hesitate at all. I did my research, and I was already in love with this product due to so many amazing and positive reviews.
I use this as my challenge to get my gut to a healthy stage and my headaches to go away forever.
I don’t know how they have linked together in any way, but my experience is that every single time when I am not on a right track with a food, my headache return. Yes, I must admit, sometimes it’s stress related, sometimes not sleeping well, and sometimes I am overworked, but most of the time I can say with confidence that my headaches have something to do with my digestion.
Well, I got to tell you that I have been taking them for a month now. I wouldn’t write a review until I see any changes, regardless if this is sponsored a post or not because If I like the vision and product itself I am going to write about it or recommend it to you.
In the last month, I had probably headaches 2 times, but I had really stressful few days prior to that and worked on my computer a lot, so I am assuming that was a cause. With that being said a week of taking LoveBug probiotics was not bad at all. Actually, I felt a bit more energetic, I didn’t have any cramps or bloating. As the weeks went by, my bloating that I had pretty much daily regardless of my bathroom regularity went away completely even after a meal. My stomach was empty most of the times, and I felt really good. I must say, it might be the best thing that I did for myself in the last couple of years… and I am not exaggerating.
With my line of work you have to eat because I share recipes and I cook on a daily basis, but I squeezed many really healthy meals to help my gut lead to healing and the right direction along with a sidekick of LoveBug probiotics.
Now, I got 3 different probiotics in this box. So listen to your body, for example, I tried for 2 days taking all 3 at the same time, which is fine, but I didn’t feel my best, so I separated them in 3 stages; I took one at breakfast, the other at snack, maybe 2 hours before lunch, and the third at lunchtime and it worked for my body.
When I started doing that I felt amazing.
At this point, I am so grateful for Ladybug Probiotics, and after taking them for a month I do not think that I will go a day without it. I am recommending LoveBug probiotics for you and your family. Try it and see for yourself.
I received a complimentary box of 3 products

WHAT ARE PROBIOTICS?
Probiotics are bacteria that line your digestive tract and support your body’s ability to absorb nutrients and fight infection. Probiotics are live microorganisms that may be able to help prevent and treat some illnesses. Promoting a healthy digestive tract and a healthy immune system are their most widely studied benefits at this time. These are also commonly known as friendly, good, or healthy bacteria.
In order to improve your gut flora balance, make sure to avoid the probiotic killers. We’re exposed to many of these foods, toxins, and stresses on a daily basis, and if you’re going to restore your digestive health, they must be addressed. If they’re not addressed, your gut microorganisms become imbalanced, and your system can become a breeding ground for bad bacteria, yeast, viruses, fungi, and parasites.
Here are the top probiotic killers that can prevent your body from getting all the tremendous probiotics benefits it needs:
- Prescription antibiotics
- Tap water
- GMO foods
- Emotional stress
- Chemicals and medications
WHAT DO PROBIOTICS DO?
What are the benefits of probiotics?
Probiotics help move food through your gut. Researchers are still trying to figure out which are best for certain health problems. Some common conditions they treat are:
- Irritable bowel syndrome
- Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD)
- Infectious diarrhea (caused by viruses, bacteria, or parasites)
- Antibiotic-related diarrhea
- Regulate the organisms in the digestive system
- Reduce cholesterol
- Reduce symptoms in people who cannot digest milk
- Lower the risk of colon cancer
- Increase the effectiveness of vitamins
- Lower the risk of allergies in some people
- Boost the immune system
- Help the body use calcium
- Yogurt. Not all yogurts are the same, so watch out for yogurts filled with sugars.
- Sauerkraut and kimchi
- Kombucha tea
- Miso soup
