Matcha, Banana, Mango and Kale Smoothie

Homemade Healthy Matcha, Banana, Mango and Kale Smoothie Recipe

Healthy, delicious and refreshing…

Those 3 words pop into my head after tasting this combo. I usually make triple the amount because my whole family loves smoothies, and we love to experiment with different flavors.

This simple smoothie is full of amazing beneficial health properties. It’s a perfect breakfast, snack or after workout beverage.

My family and I just love a good smoothie. Actually, I make smoothies often not only as a refreshing summer beverage but also after our workout or as a replacement for a snack.

It is just wonderful and so healthy when you make your own. I just enjoy experimenting with different flavors, as well.

It might me be just nerdy me, but adding a blend of different fruits and see what’s working is just amazing.

You can add yogurt, milk, jice or just water. Use a real sugar or make it sugar free with stevia. There is so many options

It’s a nutritious drink and I already said delicious. It’s just perfect to drink it in the morning, or after a workout. Or perhaps as an alternative healthy snack-beverage.
