Place everything in your blender.
Blend for a minute or two or until everything is smooth.
Recipe Notes
I use BlendtecĀ® Classic 575 Blender but made it before in NutriBullet. If you don't eat mango, replace it with cantaloupeĀ or pineapple. Replace Kale with Spinach, and yes, you may use frozen spinach.
