“I don't pretend to know what love is for everyone, but I can tell you what it is for me; love is knowing all about someone, and still wanting to be with them more than any other person, love is trusting them enough to tell them everything about yourself, including the things you might be ashamed of, love is feeling comfortable and safe with someone, but still getting weak knees when they walk into a room and smile at you.”

Are you ready for V-Day?
I am-- I love Valentine's Day! When you fill your heart with love nothing else matters...you are happy, it's sunny even when it's raining outside and you have that fuzzy felling inside. Yea, you know what I'm talking about.
I saw this recipe last year and I don't even know where- but I took a picture with my phone...yea, no more ripping pages for me-OK you're all guilty of that so don't judge (*laughing*) and this is by far less embarrassing, even though people would stare at me and probably thinking what is she doing???
I have to say that I love spicy, and I can handle pretty much anything with a lot of heat- but original recipe was calling for 2 chilies or jalapenos, and that is extremely spicy...don't you agree?

On
6 oz of yogurt with fresh fruits, 2 chilies is really too much
so I of course changed recipe completely and just had a vision in my mind how I can make this work.
Recipe
still have some heat but I balanced it out after several tries.
It's
Valentine's Day and I wanted to give you little love boost with my LUV potion, you can thank me later. Ok
it's not really a love potion, but actually Strawberries and Chilies are considered as a Aphrodisiac foods and what better way to serve
this chilled soup than on a Love day! So scroll down for this simple recipe....
Ingredients:
- 1 pack (about 250g) Fresh Strawberries
- 2 ripe Bananas

Directions:
- In a blender or food processor put all the ingredients except chilies.
