Cooking With the Kids: Chocolate Fudge Brownies with Strawberries and Cream

Here we are again... It was such a beautiful day and Anna suggested that we make something sweet and easy.
So we end up with really easy, and incredibly tasty dessert.
Of course Anna was doing most of the stuff, mixing the batter, cutting the strawberries, layering into the big bowl..and everybody loved it and asked for more later.
She was so proud of herself and that what makes me so happy..to see her smile!
Nothing is worth if the child is not having any fun, but when you work with one or more kids the best gift out whatever you are doing together is honest and pure laughter of a child!

Serves 5
Ingredients:

  • 1 pkg. Fudge cake- include 2 eggs, water and oil
  • 1 pkg of strawberries
  • 1 tub of Whip Cream/fat free

Directions:

  1. Once you mixed the batter for fudge bake on 375F for 20-25 minutes
  2. While you waiting, wash the strawberries, and cut them.
  3. When the fudge has cooled down, cut into small squares.
  4. Take half of the strawberries and put into food processor together with
  5. half of the tub of whipped cream.
  6. You will end up with strawberry whip cream.
  7. Put one layer of fudge, one layer of strawberry cream, fresh strawberries, white whip cream, and so on until your bowl is full or you are out the ingredients.
  8. You can also make for more people, or in individual cups.

The taste of chocolate fudge, strawberries and cream is amazing, it just work very well together..it was gone in 10 minutes..and we will make this again! We had a lot of fun, my boys were sitting across from her and making fun so she can laugh more, because when she work she have really serious face..so they helped in a good way!:))

Thank you all for stopping by today..
