I am not into cake making, or decorating..it is not my forte to be honest with you guys. However I do like eating sweets especially pies, and anything that involves a lot of creams or puddings.
I had this recipe for few years now, and found it in one of the Kraft Magazines..Without even trying to decorate I think it looks very pretty, and taste is just mind blowing!
Combination of ingredients work very well together and I do hope that you all will like it!
In original recipe Oreos were used, and I did planed to use Oreo than this morning my husband got me my favorite cookies "Milano Cookies" from Pepperidge Farm. I mean can this dessert be any better, I don't think so! Just by using Milano Cookies this recipe got a jump up, they were perfect and I am so happy that I found them next to my computer this morning!
Servings: 6
Ingredients:
- 1 pkg. Chocolate Pudding(large)
- 3 cups of skim milk
- 1 pkg. Milano Cookies
- 1 box Strawberries
- Whip cream(fat free) for garnish
Directions:
- Make a pudding following direction for the box/3 cups of boiled milk, mix in the pudding, stir until thick.
- Cool down the pudding.
- Cut the strawberries, and break cookies in half.
- In a serving cup first put pudding, than strawberries, cookies, pudding, and so on.
- On top put about 1 Tbs. Whip cream and strawberry for garnish.
My serving cup was huge, so this was about two servings..You can also make this for gatherings and make in a big bowl..I think that it is wonderful combination and taste wonderful!
Once you try it, mmm cookies melt in your mouth, strawberries are just perfect, and chocolate, well chocolate just go together with any dessert, if you ask me!:)
Enjoy!
Have a Wonderful Day!
