Upside Down Peach Brownies

This was bit unusual cake, but fast and tasty! It was perfect combination of chocolate and peaches and amazing treat to serve with tea or coffee.

Ingredients:
  • 10 slices of frozen peaches or fresh firm {Depending on size of you baking pan}
  • 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cups cocoa
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 teaspoon of unsalted butter
Garnish:
Powder sugar

Directions:
  1. Mix sugar, cocoa, eggs and vanilla; gradually add flour and salt. When that is mixed, blend in butter. Put it on the side.
  2. In the pan first place the parchment paper. Preheat the oven on 350F.
  3. Put frozen peaches in a cold water for few minutes and than place them on the bottom of the pan.
  4. Toss brown sugar and than pour brownies mixture on top.
  5. Bake for about 25-30 minutes.
  6. Once it's baked let it cool down. Put the plate on top of the baking pan and just turn.
  7. Cake should just slide on the plate, and not stick, because of the parchment paper.
  8. Sprinkle some powdered sugar on top and enjoy this sweet, chocolaty upside down brownie!

Due to the IMAGE loss last year I am not able to present how it looks like, however I am working hard to make pics again. Thank you for understanding!
