Rice pudding, you can't go wrong with this dessert, delicious, creamy, warm or cold..I mean simple and satisfying dessert!
You will need:
2 cups short-grain rice
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
3 teaspoon granulated sugar
2 cups of coconut milk
1/2 cup of double cream
1 tablespoon of gelatin
2 tablespoons of grated chocolate
1 tablespoons of grated while almond chocolate
Peach Slices and shaved chocolate for decoration
Ground
almonds
******
In a sauce pan combine rice, vanilla essence, sugar and coconut milk.
Let it boil and than turn the heat on low and simmer until the rice is soft.
Once the rice is soft put gelatin and chocolate, you got to stir frequently.
Add cream in and stir. Let it cool down a bit until you can put them in the cups.
I put rice pudding in a cup and placed slices of peaces, shaved chocolate and ground almonds.
Easy and so delicious!
Enjoy!!!
